قامت النجمة رانيا يوسف بنشر صور لها على الحساب الرسمي لها على تطبيق تبادل الصور والفيديوهات للتواصل الإجتماعي (إنستجرام) وكانت تظهر في الصور بملابس جريئة ومكشوفة جدا مما لاقت ردود فعل قوية ما بين مؤيد ومعارض ونالت الصور الكثير من الاعجابات والتعليقات.

بدايتها الحقيقية فى مجال التمثيل كان فى مسلسل العقاب ووقتها قد قامت بدور قصير ولكن بعدها قامت بالمشاركة فى العديد من الأعمال الدرامية مثل مسلسل نعتذر عن هذا الحلم وفى السينما شاركت فى فيلم المضيفات الثلاثة وقامت بدور كبير في فيلم الناجون من النار فى عام 1994 مع المخرج على عبد الخالق.
رانيا يوسف هى ممثلة مصرية اسمها بالكامل رانيا سيد يوسف ولدت بالقاهرة عام 1973 ووالدها كان ضابط مصري وامها مضيفة جوية ولكن سودانية الجنسية وحصلت رانيا على ليسانس الآداب قسم اللغة الانجليزية من جامعة القاهرة عام 1995 وبدأت حياتها الفنية كعارضة أزياء و كموديل في الإعلانات.
