فى قضية هزت الرأى العام المصري حدثت منذ ايام قليلة بطلة هذه القصة فتاة شابة تدعى دعاء محمد تبلغ من العمر 30 عاما وتعمل محاسبة فى إحدى الشركات الخاصة ولديها طفلين توأم يبلغان من العمر عام واحد ومتزوجة من شخص لا يقال عليه رجل ولكن يقال عليه خسيس وجبان حيث انه قد اوهمها بأن راتبه الشهرى حوالى 5000 جنيه ولديه قرض سيارة خاصة به ولكنه كان بخيل جدا ويقوم بإعطاء دعاء مبلغ حوالى 500 ج فى الشهر وتقوم هى بالإنفاق على المنزل بأكمله من مالها الخاص ولكنه فى اخر ايامها معه قالت انه كان يعطيها مبلغ 100 ج فقط وقال لها ليس لي شان بالبيت.

ولم يكتفي زوجها بذلك حيث انها مع زيادة الأعباء عليها فى مصاريف المنزل طلبت منه أن يزيد دخل المنزل ولكنه رفض وعلى حد قولها قالت دعاء أنها تعرضت للخيانة منه مع احدى قريباته وأنها تمتلك دليل الخيانة عليه حيث انها عندما واجهته بذلك انهال عليها بالضرب حتى احدث لها اصابات جسيمة فى جسمها ، ومن ناحية اخرى فإن دعاء قامت برفع دعوى نفقة على الزوج لكى يقوم بالإنفاق على أولاده ولكن عندما راجعت المحكمة مفردات مرتب الزوج وجدت أنه يتقاضى 14 ألف جنيه شهريا وبعد الخصم يكون مرتبه 10 الاف جنيه فقط.
ومن جهة أخرى فإن الزوج عندما علم بأن زوجته وشريكة حياته قد قامت برفع دعوى ضده جن جنونه وهددها بارسال صورها وهى فى الحمام تحت الدش الى اخيها وزمايلها فى العمل وايضا مديرها فى الشغل بالرغم من أن دعاء كانت متاكدة ان زوجها لم يمتلك مثل هذه الصور وانها لم تقوم بتصوير نفسها اطلاقا بهذه الطريقة الا انه فعلا ارسل صورة الى اخيها بهذا المحتوى ليؤكد لها انه يمتلك مثل هذه الصور حيث بمجرد إرسالها قامت دعاء وشقيقتها بتحرير محضر ضد الزوج وواصلت الشرطة والنيابة التحقيقات فى هذا الحادث.
