قامت الراقصة المثيرة للجدل دعاء سيف بنشر مقطع فيديو لها على صفحتها الشخصية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعى الشهير فيس بوك حيث كانت تقوم بعمل حركات رقص هستيري من احدى الحفلات ، وكانت دعاء سيف ترتدي بدلة رقص حمراء اللون مكشوفة تماما من الاسفل والاعلى وقد تفاعل معها الجمهور الموجودين بالحفل بسبب حركات الرقص المثيرة التى كانت تقوم بها بينما ايضا قام رواد موقع الفيس بوك والمتابعين لصفحة دعاء سيف بكتابة التعليقات المثيرة لها على الصورة حيث كانت ترقص على مهرجان لأ لأ .

دعاء سيف هى ممثلة وراقصة مصرية تخرجت من كلية الحقوق عام 2006 وبدأت العمل فى مجال الرقص ولكنها فيما بعد اتجهت الى مجال التمثيل وشاركت فى العديد من الأعمال الدرامية والسينمائية وفي البداية كان لا يعرفها أحد عندما شاركت فى مثل هذه الأعمال الدرامية مثل مشاركتها بدور قصير فى فيلم زهايمر مع الفنان عادل إمام عام 2010 ومن بعدها شاركت فى فيلم ركلام عام 2012 مع غادة عبد الرازق وكانت تقوم بدور راقصة واشتركت بعدها فى العديد من الأفلام مثل فيلم حلم عزيز مع أحمد عز لعام 2012 وفيلم شمال يا دنيا عام 2013 ، ومن أعمالها الدرامية مسلسل حق ميت مع الفنان حسن الرداد عام 2015 وفى عام 2016 اشتركت فى مسلسلين هما فوق مستوى الشبهات مع يسرا ومسلسل جراند أوتيل مع عمرو يوسف .
