قامت النجمة الشابة جيهان خليل منذ فترة بنشر صور لها على الحساب الرسمي بها على تطبيق تبادل الصور والفيديوهات (إنستجرام) , حيث قامت بنشر صور جريئة لها لفستان قصير اشعل تطبيق انستجرام حين نزولهم , ولاقت الصور اعجابات كثيرة جدا من محبيها ومتابعيها على حسابها .

بدأت شهرتها عندما قامت بالاشتراك في برنامج أرب كاستينج لاكتشاف المواهب , وبسبب أدائها وطلتها المبهجة فازت في الموسم الأول للبرنامج في مجال التمثيل , وبعدها رشحتها الفنانة غادة عبد الرازق في مسلسلها الخانكة الذي عرض في عام 2016 , جاء ترشيح غادة عبد الرازق لها لان غادة كانت من ضمن أعضاء لجنة تحكيم البرنامج .
بعد ذلك قام المخرجون باختيارها في عدة أعمال , أهمها كان مسلسل هربانة منها مع النجمة ياسمين عبد العزيز والنجم مصطفي خاطر , وطاقة نور مع النجم هاني سلامة فهي لها ما يقرب من 10 مسلسلات تقريبا , كان آخرهم مسلسل طلقة حظ مع النجم مصطفي خاطر الذي عرض في عام 2019 , لها فيلمان في السينما هما فيلم 122 وفيلم رأس السنة .
