تداول بعض رواد التواصل الاجتماعى مقطع فيديو جريء جدا على موقع اليوتيوب للفنانة معالى زايد والفنان فاروق الفيشاوى بالطبع ذلك المشهد محذوف وممنوع من العرض على شاشات التلفاز ، حيث ان المشهد كان من احدى افلام الفنانة معالى زايد والفنان فاروق الفيشاوى وكان المشهد عبارة عن رقصة لمعالى زايد لكى تثير بها فاروق الفيشاوى ثم بعد ذلك قامت بالنوم على السرير بجانبه وحدث التلاحم بينهم ومارسوا العلاقة المحرمة .

معالى زايد هى ممثلة مصرية ولدت فى القاهرة فى 5 نوفمبر عام 1953 وتوفيت في يوم 10 نوفمبر 2014 حيث ان معالى تخرجت من كلية الزراعة وبعدها التحقت بمعهد الفنون المسرحية وبعدها اتجهت الى مجال التمثيل وكان أول أعمالها الدرامية هو مسلسل الليلة الموعودة ومن بعدها تعددت أعمالها حتى وصلت الى ادوار البطولة كما حدث فى مسلسل دموع فى عيون وقحة مع عادل امام وقد عملت أيضا فى المسرح ولها أكثر من مسرحية وهم سكر زيادة وزقاق المدق وانا والحكومة كما تعددت أفلامها السينمائية مثل فيلم البيضة والحجر مع احمد زكي وفيلم سيداتى انساتى وفيلم ابو الدهب ، وقد توفيت معالى زايد فى عام 2014 عن عمر يناهز الـ 61 عاما نتيجة إصابتها بسرطان الرئة .
