رانيا يوسف هى ممثلة مصرية اسمها بالكامل رانيا سيد يوسف ولدت بالقاهرة عام 1973 وابوها كان ضابط مصري وامها مضيفة جوية ولكن سودانية الجنسية ، حيث حصلت رانيا يوسف على ليسانس الآداب قسم اللغة الانجليزية من جامعة القاهرة عام 1995 وبدأت حياتها الفنية كعارضة أزياء و كموديل في الإعلانات .

بدايتها الحقيقية فى مجال التمثيل كان فى مسلسل العقاب ووقتها قد قامت بدور قصير ولكن بعدها قامت بالمشاركة فى العديد من الأعمال الدرامية مثل مسلسل نعتذر عن هذا الحلم وفى السينما شاركت فى فيلم المضيفات الثلاثة وقامت بدور كبير في فيلم الناجون من النار فى عام 1994 مع المخرج على عبد الخالق .
شاركت رانيا يوسف فى مسابقة ملكة جمال مصر وذلك فى عام 1997 ولكنها كانت الوصيفة في ذلك المسابقة وشاركت رانيا فى العديد من المسلسلات مثل مسلسل القلب يخطئ أحيانا وكان فى عام 1998 ومسلسل خلف الأبواب المغلقة عام 1999 وايضا شاركت في فيلم النيل فى نفس ذلك العام .
أما بداية شهرتها الحقيقية كانت عن طريق مشاركتها فى مسلسل الكاشي ماشي فى عام 2000 وفى مسلسل النساء قادمون عام 2001 ودورها الأكبر كان فى مسلسل عائلة الحاج متولى مع الفنان نور الشريف وكان ذلك فى عام 2002 .
